してなるCR時定数回路と、上記スイツチングト
ランジスタのコレクタまたはドレインと上記コン
デンサとの間に上記コンデンサの充電電荷放電用
のダイオードを設け、 上記ダイオードと出力端子間に接続された出力
制御用トランジスタを含み、上記コンデンサの充
電電圧低下時に上記出力制御用トランジスタをオ
