Description
第１図は本考案の電磁接触器の溶着検出装置の
回路図、第２図は従来例の電磁接触器の溶着検出
装置、第３図は他の従来例の電磁接触器溶着検出
装置の回路図である。 １は電磁接触器の溶着検出装置、２は電源回路
、３は負荷電流検出回路、４，５は電磁接触機、
７は操作検出回路、８は溶着検出回路、１１は主
電磁接触器、１５は無接点スイツチ、１７は開放
用リレーである。
回路図、第２図は従来例の電磁接触器の溶着検出
装置、第３図は他の従来例の電磁接触器溶着検出
装置の回路図である。 １は電磁接触器の溶着検出装置、２は電源回路
、３は負荷電流検出回路、４，５は電磁接触機、
７は操作検出回路、８は溶着検出回路、１１は主
電磁接触器、１５は無接点スイツチ、１７は開放
用リレーである。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 負荷に対する供給電流を検出する負荷電流
検出回路と、負荷に対する電磁接触器の開閉操作
を検出する操作検出回路と、それぞれの検出回路
からの検出信号を受け入れる溶着検出回路と、負
荷に対する駆動電源回路の主電磁接触器を開放す
る開放用リレー及びこの開放用リレーに直列に設
けた常時開放の無接点スイツチを備え、溶着検出
回路は操作検出回路からの信号が停止すると共に
負荷電流検出回路からの信号のみが印加されたと
き、無接点スイツチを導通し、開放用リレーを作
動し、そのＢ接点で主電磁接触器をＯＦＦにして
電源回路を開放する開放リレーは開放リレーのＡ
接点により電気的保持回路を構成することを特徴
とする電磁接触器の溶着検出装置。 (2) 無接点スイツチはＬＥＤ−ＣｄＳセルを以
つて構成し、ＬＥＤは溶着検出回路側の出力側に
設けられ、ＣｄＳは開放用リレーと直列に設けら
れ、溶着検出回路からの出力電流によりＣｄＳは
導通状態を保持することを特徴とする請求項１記
載の電磁接触器の溶着検出装置。
