Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject clean green feed of excellent quality rich in nutritive components and required for bleeding a Coleoptera insect such as a beetle or a stag beetle for a pet by using young buds and leaves of a broadleaf tree as the raw material. CONSTITUTION:Young buds and leaves of a nontoxic broadleaf tree such as Japanese beech, Quercus acutissima, oak, sasanqua or sweet osmanthus are collected and cut to a prescribed size, e.g. about 2-5cm. The resultant cut material is dried to obtain a green feed. Saw dusts or tip dusts of a nontoxic broadleaf tree or a culture medium for a mushroom prepared by mixing a sugar therewith is added to the above-mentioned green feed as necessary.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) Children show an abnormally strong interest in raising Coleoptera insects such as beetles and beetles. Feed is something that insects need throughout the day. This is an issue in the field of feed production.

(Prior art) I have not yet heard of anything manufactured or sold as feed for larvae of Coleoptera insects. A similar product is the "insect mat." This is made from the waste media used to artificially cultivate mushrooms, commonly called fenoki mushrooms, which have been prepared and sieved to sort them out. The name is insect mat, or "rug." The raw materials are cedar saw (zu and rice bran).

1. Young buds and leaves of broad-leaved trees These are obtained in almost unlimited quantities every year from the process of felling or growing oak trees, which are the logs for cultivating shiitake mushrooms. In addition, pruning waste from green leaves produced every year as waste from garden management as part of the greening movement can be used as is.

It is a young bud of about 2m. If only the hard woody parts are removed and the young buds and leaves are cut and dried, it becomes a highly nutritious and high-quality green food that is highly palatable to insects. It is necessary to crush it into pieces that are easy to eat.

Although it is necessary to provide beetles with something similar to soil and create a place for them to rest, soil itself is not good because not only do insects not eat it, but it is also a source of pathogens.

Sawdust from hardwood trees not only provides a haven similar to soil, but is also highly edible and nutritious for insects. Clean things don't have germs. It is best to mix this with green bait and feed it as feed and weight gainer. It is a mixture of two types of feed.

In addition to this, there are waste products from mushroom cultivation areas that are made by boiling a mixture of chips made from broad-leaved trees and rice bran. It is also good to mix these three ingredients together to make a feed that is a mixture of the three types, as it diversifies the nutrition and prevents nutrients from being concentrated.

Second Embodiment When oak trees are felled as logs for shiitake mushrooms, a large amount of young buds and young leaves are left behind as waste and sometimes turn into stones. Even after it becomes "dead branches and leaves", it can be used as a raw material for insect green bait feed. However, there are many bacteria such as sclerosis and other bacteria that are harmful to insects. During rainfall, rainwater may splash up with the soil and attach to young buds and leaves. Such materials are unsuitable for feed. It is necessary to select and use a material that is free from soil that has sprung up.

Third Embodiment There are many broad-leaved trees that have hard leaves but are suitable as feed for insects. ``Kaji, black tabby, tea, beech, etc.'''It's best to boil these and use them after the leaves become soft. It is best to avoid trees that are poisonous, such as the ``horse tree''.

It was held during the two-month season from ~August. As a result of my feed development, the occurrence of diseases has decreased, and even individual consumers can now raise and enjoy large, healthy insects from larva to adult. I have developed and am selling a ``Pet for Observing Insect Metamorphosis,'' a product that allows you to observe insects from larva to adult from around October to August of the following year. Results are starting to appear one after another.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A product made by collecting young buds and leaves of broad-leaved trees, cutting them and drying them.
``green bait for insect larvae'' or ``green bait for insect larvae'' made by mixing appropriate proportions of ``dead branches and leaves'' made by cutting the withered young buds and young leaves of the same tree and sawdust from broad-leaved trees. and ``Larva Food,'' an insect feed made by manually crushing and drying the waste of a culture medium made from broad-leaved wood chips used for growing mushrooms, to create a 3-mix ``green bait for Coleoptera insect larvae.'' 2. Produced by the method described in claim 1 using ``green bait'' made by cutting and drying the young shoots of broad-leaved trees such as ``Kunuki,'' which have soft leaves and are particularly favored by insects. ``Green feed for Coleoptera insect larvae'' 3. ``Dead branches and leaves'' made by selecting, collecting and cutting clean withered young buds and young leaves of the above-mentioned ``Kunuki'' etc. that have no soil attached to them. ``Green bait-containing feed for Coleoptera insect larvae'' prepared by the method according to claim 1. 4. "Green bait" is made by collecting the young leaves of non-toxic but hard-leaved broad-leaved trees (oak, tea, sazanka, nara, black tabby, etc.), cutting them, heating them, boiling them, and drying them. "Green bait-containing feed for Coleoptera insect larvae" prepared by the method according to claim 1.
