  1. ロータ軸と間隔をあけて嵌合し上記ロータ軸の
    振動変位量を規制する転がり型の危急軸受と、該
    危急軸受のレーサと対峙して上記ロータ軸に突設
    され上記レーサよりも幅の小さい帯状体とを備え
    たことを特徴とするターボ分子ポンプ。
