Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 遠心ポンプ部の上側に仕切体を介してガスシー
ル室を気密に一体に構成し、メカニカルシールに
て軸封して前記ガスシール室の上方へ突出させた
回転軸をモータ部に連結してなるガスシール型モ
ータポンプにおいて、 前記ガスシール室と前記遠心ポンプ部のポンプ
低圧部との間に狭い環状隙間のガスシール室側オ
リフイスを形成し、前記モータポンプにて作動さ
せるジエツトポンプを設けて、ジエツトポンプ押
込口を前記遠心ポンプ部のポンプ渦室を含む遠心
ポンプ吐出側に、ジエツトポンプ吐出口を遠心ポ
ンプ吸込側にそれぞれ連通するとともに、ジエツ
トポンプ吸込口を前記ガスシール室および前記ガ
スシール室側オリフイスを含めこのガスシール室
側オリフイスから前記ガスシール室に至る間に連
通したことを特徴とするガスシール型モータポン
プ装置。
