あり、他の製造方法よりも手袋体外表面の皮膜を
薄く形成することが可能で、使用感の良好な作業

が比較的荒くなるので手袋体の強度を十分に確保
することが難しくなり、さらに、上記した塩化ビ
ニール皮膜は薄く形成するが為に溌油層の上に形
成しており、従つて、手袋体の外表面に直接塩化
ビニール皮膜を形成するものよりは皮膜の付着力
が劣り、使用中において塩化ビニール皮膜層の剥

に対して薄く且つ強い付着力で形成することので
きる柔軟性皮膜付作業用手袋の製造方法を提供す

膜付作業用手袋の製造方法は、隣合う繊維糸の間
隔を該繊維糸の太さの1.5倍未満とした編布から
成る手袋体の外表面を溌油剤により溌油処理して
手袋体の外表面に溌油層を形成する溌油処理行程
と、上記溌油行程の前、若しくは溌油行程の後に
手袋体の外表面を擦ることにより毛羽立てする毛
羽立て行程と、塩化ビニールペーストをスプレー
若しくは滴下により無圧塗布した後キユアーさせ

の外表面に突出する細毛の量を増大せしめるもの

のペーストをスプレー若しくは滴下によつて無圧
塗布した後、加熱硬化させて手袋体1の外表面に
柔軟性皮膜2を付着形成する皮膜形成工程とから

脂ペーストを絡み合うことによつて手袋体1外表
面と皮膜2との間の付着力が高めることができ
