第１図は本考案の一実施例を示す概略図、第２
〜５図はそれぞれ本考案において監視回路で求め
た回転比とスピンドル及びドラムの回転数の経時
変化を示す図である。 図中、１はダブルツイスターユニツト、４はス
ピンドル、５は巻取ユニツト、６はドラム、１１
は無端ベルト、１４はテンシヨンプーリ、１６は
回転軸、１７はドラムプーリ、１８はドラムベル
ト、１９はベルト伝導装置、２０は駆動モータ、
４０，４１は回転センサー、４２は監視回路であ
る。
〜５図はそれぞれ本考案において監視回路で求め
た回転比とスピンドル及びドラムの回転数の経時
変化を示す図である。 図中、１はダブルツイスターユニツト、４はス
ピンドル、５は巻取ユニツト、６はドラム、１１
は無端ベルト、１４はテンシヨンプーリ、１６は
回転軸、１７はドラムプーリ、１８はドラムベル
ト、１９はベルト伝導装置、２０は駆動モータ、
４０，４１は回転センサー、４２は監視回路であ
る。
Claims (1)
- 各ダブルツイスターユニツトのスピンドルを無
端ベルトに接触し、各巻取ユニツトのドラムを同
軸上で連結すると共にその回転軸のドラムプーリ
にドラムベルトを掛け渡し、その無端ベルトと駆
動ベルトを同一の駆動モータで駆動するダブルツ
インスターの駆動装置において、上記無端ベルト
のテンシヨンプーリに設けられたスピンドル側回
転センサーと、上記回転軸に設けられたドラム回
転センサーと、その両回転センサーの検出値が入
力されドラムとスピンドルの回転比を演算すると
共にその回転比が所定の範囲にあるかどうかを判
断する監視回路とを備えたことを特徴とするダブ
ルツインスターの駆動装置。
