格子状に配置した磁気検出ヘツドと、前記磁気検
出ヘツド（の磁気検出素子を配置した面）を目標
検出位置近傍の上方に設置し、そのときの磁気検
出ヘツドの磁気検出素子の出力信号をＡ／Ｄ変換
するＡ／Ｄ変換器とＡ／Ｄ変換した磁気検出ヘツ
ドの出力信号について、縦及び横の各ライン上の
測定データを放物線近似して、縦横各ライン上の
磁界がピークとなる位置を計算し、さらに縦及び
横のそれぞれのピーク位置を結んで、目標検出位
置に対する磁気検出ヘツドの２次元位置と傾きを
演算する演算装置を備えていることを特徴とする
