いられるヒータ用温度センサと温度補償用温度セ
ンサとを示す斜視図である。第３図はこの考案の
他の実施例を示す回路図である。第４図は第３図
に示す風速センサに用いられるヒータ用温度セン
サの位置関係を示す概念図である。第５図はこの
考案の背景となる従来の風速センサの一例を示す
回路図である。
図において、１０は風速センサ、１２ａ，１２
ｂ，１２ｃ，１２ｄ，１２ｅおよび１２ｆはヒー
タ用温度センサ、１４は温度補償用温度センサ、
２０はブリツジ回路、２２はオペアンプ、２４は
フイードバツク用トランジスタ、２６は第１の信
号処理回路、２８は第２の信号処理回路を示す。

から前記オペアンプの出力信号を補正して風速を
検出するための第２の信号処理回路を含む、風速
