ク挿入用空間に連設した上面開口を設け、 前記ワーク挿入用空間内に上面が傾斜面を形成
し、前後に摺動可能な楔形状の摺動部材と、前後
方向に移動規制され、前記摺動部材の上面に重合
される傾斜面を下面に形成し、上面はレーザビー
ムスキヤナモータ下面を押圧する平坦面を構成す
る楔形状のワーク押え部と、前記摺動部材を前後
方向に移動させる駆動手段とを具備するレーザビ
ームスキヤナモータのジツター計測に於けるワー
