Claims (1)
- 本体とばね箱に挟まれた膜板に取り付けられた
膜板案内の上部に調整ばね、下部にばねを設け、
前記ばねと前記膜板案内の間に設けた板弁を高圧
空気にて開閉することにより前記本体の高圧空気
室から低圧空気室への前記高圧空気の圧力を調整
する圧力調整弁において、前記調整ばねが収納さ
れたばね箱内部に液体を注入したことを特徴とす
る圧力調整弁の鳴動防止装置。
