せた状態で上記電子部品または上記発光素子、受
光素子を移動させる移動手段とを具備し、上記移
動手段により上記電子部品または上記発光素子、
受光素子を移動させた際の上記受光素子出六中の
パルス数を上記カウンタで計数し、上記カウンタ
の計数値で上記複数のリード端子の折曲げの有無
を検査することを特徴とするリード端子折曲げ検
査装置。 (2) 移動体より平行に延びた一対の支持片の先
端に発光素子、受光素子を固定してなる請求項第
