Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 上部に取入口が設けられ、底部に炉芯管を回転
可能に支持するローラが設けられた洗浄槽本体と
、 前記洗浄槽本体内に洗浄液タンクから送り込ま
れた洗浄液で前記炉芯管を洗浄して、その表面か
ら異物を除去する洗浄手段と、 前記洗浄槽本体内に配設されたシヤワー部材で
前記炉芯管に洗浄水を吹き付けて前記炉芯管の表
面から洗浄液を洗い流した上、前記シヤワー部材
で非反応ガスを吹き付け、前記炉芯管の表面から
水分を吹き飛ばして前記炉芯管を乾燥させる水洗
乾燥手段と、 を具備してなる炉芯管洗浄装置。
