- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 冷風通路８の下流側に配置されるユニツト１と
、 該ユニツト１を冷却する冷風を導くフアン２と
、 該冷風をクリーンエアにするフイルタ３と、 少なくとも該フイルタ３よりも上流側に配置さ
れ、該冷風の流動を遮断するシヤツタ５と、 該シヤツタ５の駆動制御を行うシヤツタ駆動手
段４と、 該フイルタ３を振動させるフイルタ振動手段６
と、 該フイルタ３を振動させることによつて当該フ
イルタ３から排出される粉塵を吸引する吸引器７
