Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダ内に臨ませたシリンダロツドに対し、
    駆動源により回転駆動される略円形状の偏心カム
    を当接させて前記シリンダロツドの往復駆動を行
    うとともに、前記シリンダに備えた吸込弁、吐出
    弁のシリンダ内圧の変化に伴う開閉動作により流
    体の吸込、吐出を行う無脈動往復動ポンプにおい
    て、 前記偏心カムのカム面は、このポンプの吸込行
    程から吐出行程、吐出行程から吸込行程への各移
    行を行う領域に、各々回転角に対するカム半径の
    変位率が零となる半径一定の領域を回転中心角で
    １５度乃至４０度程に亘つて有することを特徴と
    する無脈動往復動ポンプ。
