は結晶質を示す。図中ａは分相ガラス状態、ｂは
多孔質シリカガラス状態、Ｃは多孔質シリカガラ
スを熱処理した状態、Ｄは均質な結晶化ガラス組
成のガラスを形成した状態でＥは結晶化ガラス状
