高、天井高等によつて制約を受けないように杭を
複数本に分割して地上の建屋の近傍の地下室形成
個所に持ち込んだ後、該地下室形成個所に予め掘
設した杭挿入穴に順次継ぎ足して打ち込むことが
でき、杭の打ち込みが容易に行なえ、且、該杭の
上端部間に上梁材を介在させて連結一体化し、地
下室の柱材、梁材等の骨組材として使用でき、手
間のかかる杭撤去作業が不要になり、地上の建屋
の近傍に容易に地下室を構築することができる。
