本発明は、耐摩耗性、耐焼付性に優れた被膜を形成した

かし近年、エンジンの高出力、高性能化に伴い、ピスト
ンリングがさらされる条件は益々苛酷になっており、−
層優れた耐摩耗性及び耐焼付性がピストンリングに要求
されるようになってきた。このような要求は従来の硬質

ーム等が収容される。容器3の側壁に雰囲気ガスを導入
する導入管9とHCD銃10が設けられる。HCD銃1
0からのアルゴンガスとプラズマビームを1発物質7に
収束する収束コイル8が設けられる。容器3は図示しな
