法、予め金型間或はプラテン間にストツパ或は
くさび等を設けておき、まずストツパ或はくさび
等で規制された位置(圧縮代を残した位置)まで
型閉じして射出した後、ストツパ或はくさび等を
抜き、再度最終位置まで型締めして所望の成形品
を得る方法、更には、予め金型内に圧縮シリン
ダを組込んでおき、まず型締装置により型締めし
て射出した後、金型内の圧縮シリンダを作動し
て、キヤビテイ面を圧縮して、所望の成形品を得
る方法等が知られている。

タイバーの軸線方向に間隔を置いて設けた固定盤
とトグルサポート及びこの固定盤とトグルサポー
トとの間に配設された可動盤と、一端部をトグル

グル機構と、トグルサポートに装着した型開閉シ
リンダとを有するトグル式型開閉機構を有する射
出成形機のトグルサポートのタイバーとの結合部
にナツトを装着し、かつタイバーには該ナツトと
螺合するネジ部を設け、ナツトを回転することに
よりトグルサポートの軸線方向位置を金型の型厚
に応じて調整可能とすると共に、固定盤に圧縮シ
リンダを装着し、該圧縮シリンダ内に前記タイバ
ーに連設されたピストンを配設してなるトグル式
型開閉機構を有する射出成形機で、しかも金型に
圧縮シリンダを組込むことなく圧縮成形を可能に
したものである。

ジ部11と螺合するナツト12,12′が回転可
能に装着されている。
