Claims (1)
- 加速度に応じた外力により回動する単振り子と
、この単振り子の回動に伴つて回動する磁石と、
この磁石の回転軌跡と対応するように設けられそ
の回転角度に応じた検出信号を出力する感磁素子
と、前記単振り子及び磁石の少なくとも一方を予
め設定された一定角度回動させるための外力付与
手段とを具備してなる加速度センサ。
