2に上下動自在に装備され、該支持柱2の前方に
突出した左右一対の吊下げアーム3と、各吊下げ
アーム3の先端部に設けられ、自転車類5を垂直
面内において回動可能に支持する枢支体7と、前
記吊下げアーム3を駆動する駆動手段8とから成
り、該駆動手段8で吊下アーム3を上方移動させ
て自転車類5を前輪9と後輪10が上下方向に配
置された縦長の直立状態で係留する直立式駐輪装
置において、前記枢支体7を半円環状に形成して
内外一対に設け、自転車類5の前輪車軸部6に内
側の枢支体7を下面側から係合させる一方、前輪
車軸部6の外端部に螺合したナツト6aに外側の
枢支体7を下面側から係合させ、内側の枢支体7
と外側の枢支体7との間に前輪取付フレーム36
の先端部を挿入し、前輪取付フレーム36と前輪
9のスポーク取付円盤37との間に内側の枢支体
