内外一対に設け、自転車類5の前輪車軸部6に内
側の枢支体7を下面側から係合させる一方、前輪
車軸部6の外端部に螺合したナツト6aに外側の
枢支体7を下面側から係合させ、内側の枢支体7
と外側の枢支体7との間に前輪取付フレーム36
の先端部を挿入し、前輪取付フレーム36と前輪
9のスポーク取付円盤37との間に内側の枢支体
