Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the charge of bar-like cosmetic material by penetrating a push-up operating tool of the bar from a through-hole on the lower part to push up a receiving cylinder to engage easily an engaging projecting portion with each portion of vertical grooves located at the upper end of the vertical groove. CONSTITUTION:In charging a bar-like cosmetic material K, a tool 60 for bar-like push-up operation is inserted from a through-hole provided at the lower part of an internal cylinder body 20 with a protuberance 13 engaging with a knotch at the uppermost position. Pushing up the receiving cylinder 10 causes the protuberance 13 to be pulled out in the upward direction from the knotched portion 32 of a spiral groove 31 along the vertical groove to position at the uppermost position of the spiral groove portion located on the location over the knotch. Causing the internal cylinder body and the spiral body to make a relative rotation to the receiving body rising direction, the engaging protuberance 13 is guided by the spiral groove again 31 up to the uppermost groove, finally fitting into and engaging with the uppermost part of the vertical groove. Then the receiving cylinder body is held in a projecting position from the position at which the cylinder body is usually used, thereby facilitating the push-in charge work of the bar-like cosmetic material.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] In this type of bar-shaped cosmetic container, when the receiver holding the bar-shaped cosmetic is positioned at the top, the tip of the receiver protrudes excessively from the upper end of the container body. If this is the case, it is unsightly and unsightly, and if the bar-shaped cosmetic decreases, there is a risk that the tip of the receiver may come into contact with the skin, which is not preferable for use. Therefore, during normal use, the receiving tube is used in such a way that it does not protrude at all or hardly from the container body, and even if it does protrude, its protrusion is no more than 0.5 m.
It has been suppressed to about m.

That is, in the present invention, a lateral groove is formed at the upper end of the vertical groove in the inner cylinder body in a direction in which the engaging protrusion is fitted during relative rotation in the upward direction of the receiving cylinder, and a horizontal groove is formed in the helical groove of the spiral cylinder. A positioning notch is formed on the lower edge of the lateral groove slightly below the horizontal groove, and the engagement protrusion engages with the protrusion during relative rotation in the upward direction of the receiver to restrict the positioning notch. A through hole is provided through which a rod-shaped lifting operation jig can be inserted, and the jig is inserted into the through hole from below to move the receiver above the position where the engagement protrusion engages with the notch of the spiral groove. It is characterized by being configured so that it can be pushed up.

According to the rod-shaped cosmetic container of the present invention having the above configuration,
By relatively rotating the inner cylinder and the helical cylinder, the engagement protrusion on the outer circumferential surface of the receiver of the bar-shaped cosmetic is engaged with the vertical groove of the inner cylinder and the helical groove of the helical cylinder and rotates in a spiral manner. It ascends or descends guided by the groove.

Then, during relative rotation in the direction of raising the receiving cylinder,
When the engagement protrusion on the outer circumference of the receiving cylinder reaches the position of the positioning notch in the spiral groove, the engagement protrusion is pushed laterally by the side edge of the vertical groove, detaches from the helical groove, and is located at the lower edge. Fits into the notch and engages.

In this state, the guiding action by the spiral groove of the engaging protrusion is not performed, and the receiver is prevented from rising any further, and the receiver is in the uppermost position in normal use, that is, the rod shape held by this. Cosmetics are kept in the most protruding state. Also, in this state, even if a downward force is applied to the receiving tube due to the use of cosmetics, the engaging protrusion on the outer periphery of the receiving tube is engaged with the above-mentioned notch, so that the downward force is prevented. , the rod-shaped cosmetic can be held in the above-mentioned protruding state.

In addition, when loading the bar-shaped cosmetic during the assembly and production stage, or when replacing it with a new bar-shaped cosmetic, the engaging protrusion is positioned at the top position where it engages with the notch. In this case, if a rod-shaped push-up operation jig is inserted through the through hole provided at the lower part of the inner cylinder body and the jig is used to push up the receiving tube fitted into the inner cylinder body, the engagement protrusion can be removed. is extracted upward from the notch of the spiral groove along the vertical groove, passes through the portion of the spiral groove above the notch, and is located at the uppermost end of the vertical groove.

The upper end of the spiral groove (31) is the vertical groove (31).
23) extends to a height approximately corresponding to the extended upper end (23a), and is located at a portion of the lower edge slightly below the horizontal groove (24). A positioning notch (32) is formed into which the engagement protrusion (13) fits and restricts its upward movement. As illustrated in the drawing, this notch (32) is formed into a substantially right triangular shape whose hypotenuse is an extension of the lower edge of the spiral groove (31), so that the cutout (32) is formed during relative rotation in the upward direction of the receiver. , the engagement protrusion (13) pushed by the vertical groove (23) engages in the lateral direction, and the side edge (32a) of the notch (32) abuts the engagement protrusion (13). The lower edge (32b) is formed to restrict further movement of the engagement protrusion (13), and to prevent downward movement of the engagement protrusion (13).

[Claims] 1. A spiral tube having a spiral groove is fitted to the outer periphery of an inner tube in which a vertical groove is formed so as to be relatively rotatable, and a receiving tube for a bar-shaped cosmetic such as lipstick is attached to the inner tube. It is fitted inside so that it can move up and down, and
The engagement protrusion protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the receiver is engaged with the vertical groove and the spiral groove, and the inner barrel and the spiral barrel are rotated relative to each other, thereby moving the bar-shaped cosmetic receiver up and down. In the rod-shaped cosmetic container, a horizontal groove is formed at the upper end of the vertical groove in the inner cylinder body in a direction in which the engaging protrusion is fitted during relative rotation in the upward direction of the receiving cylinder, and a helical groove of the spiral cylinder is formed. A positioning notch is formed on the lower edge of the inner cylinder at a position slightly below the lateral groove, and the engagement protrusion fits into the lower edge of the receiver cylinder to restrict its rise during relative rotation in the upward direction of the receiver. A through-hole is provided in the lower part through which a rod-shaped push-up operation jig can be inserted, and the jig is inserted into the through-hole from below to move the receiver from the position where the engagement protrusion engages with the notch of the spiral groove. A rod-shaped cosmetic container characterized by being configured so that it can be pushed upward.
