Claims (1)
の末端部に設けた自動開閉型予冷弁3と;前記供
給配管2に連通する複数の分岐管2aに設けた自
動開閉型使用元弁4と;前記予冷弁3の出口側近
傍に設けた供給配管2の温度検出センサー15と
;前記自動開閉型使用元弁4の各出口側に連通す
る複数の低温液化ガス容器6と;前記各低温液化
ガス容器6に設けられ、内部の液化ガス11の液
面レベルを検出する液面センサー7と;前記何れ
かの液面センサー7が前記下限液面Loを検出す
ることにより予冷弁3へ弁開放信号14aを発信
し、且つ前記温度センサー15からの入力温度信
号16が設定温度以下のときに予冷弁3へ弁閉鎖
信号14bを発信すると共に、液化ガス11の液
面が上限液面Lh末端の何れかの低温液化ガス容
器6の使用元弁4へ弁開放信号17aを発信し、
更に、当該低温液化ガス容器6の液面が上限液面
Lhに達するとその使用元弁4へ弁閉鎖信号17
bを発信すると共に、液面が上限液面Lh末端の
他の何れかの低温液化ガス容器6の使用元弁4へ
の弁開放信号17aを発信するようにした制御装
置12とから構成した低温液化ガス容器への液化
