弁を自己ガス操作により閉止して蒸発器への液化
ガスの導入を停止させて蒸発器内の液面を制御す
る液面制御機構を設けると共に、前記蒸発器内の
圧力が所定圧力以下に降下した場合に前記開閉弁
を自己ガス操作により閉止して蒸発器への液化ガ
スの導入を自動的に遮断させる緊急遮断機構を設
けたことを特徴とする液面制御機構と緊急遮断機
