隔が調整可能に敷設され、基板を装置外に搬出す
るものであり、 カツター部は、供給部と受取部との間に形成さ
れる基板の搬送路内に、基板の巾方向に位置をず
らせて複数設置されたもので、上下一対のカツタ
ーを有し、 上下一対のカツターは、対をなすカツター間を
通過する基板の表裏面にV溝を刻設するものであ
り、 搬送テーブルは、供給部と受取部との間に形成
される基板の搬送路に沿つて往復動するもので、
対をなすクランパ部と、ストツパ部と、対をなす
位置決め部とを有し、 対をなすクランパ部は、供給部の基板搬送方向
延長上に配置され、かつ基板搬送方向と直交する
方向に平行移動可能に、かつその設置間隔が調整
可能に設置されたもので、各クランパ部は、上下
に開閉する対をなすクランパを有し、 対をなすクランパは、供給部のコンベアから搬
入される基板を上下から挾持して固定保持するも
のであり、 ストツパ部は、供給部のコンベアからの基板を
クランパ部の対をなすクランパ間に停止させるも
のであり、 対をなす位置決め部は、対をなすクランパ部の
外側に位置し、かつ基板の搬送方向と直交する方
向に移動し、基板の両側端に当接して該基板の位
置出しを行うものであることを特徴とする電子回
