Currently, needles are disposable to prevent the spread of AIDS and hepatitis B, and used needles must be disposed of. The best way to dispose of this is to incinerate it, since burying it in the ground or dumping it in the sea not only takes a lot of effort, but also poses a risk of causing pollution problems.

By the way, in ordinary incinerators for paper, garbage, etc.
Incineration of syringe needles is difficult due to their structure and combustion temperature. Furthermore, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 52-123570, an auxiliary melting furnace is placed adjacent to the rear of the incinerator, and waste plastics placed in the auxiliary melting furnace are heated and melted by radiant heat from the incinerator. However, even with this method, it is still difficult to incinerate needles due to combustion temperature and other structural factors. This is because incineration of syringe needles requires extremely high combustion temperatures and sufficient circulation of combustion air.

On the other hand, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-51126, waste materials such as sludge and garbage are heated and carbonized, and then a thermite agent is added to the mixture and reheated to utilize the high heat produced by the thermite reaction. There is a method to incinerate the waste, but this requires special equipment such as an electric furnace to preheat the waste and a sealable iron container to store it for the thermite reaction. Moreover, depending on the method, the use is limited only to the treatment of the waste.

The present invention incinerates waste such as syringe needles in the incinerator while incinerating paper, garbage, etc. using the high heat generated by thermite reaction, and recovers the products after incineration. However, in order to achieve the above purpose, the method of preheating the container for containing syringe needles and other waste necessary for incineration and the method of collecting the products after incineration are unique in that we have devised a method for collecting waste products after incineration. takes the following measures:

First, it moves from near the lower bottom plate of the combustion chamber of the incinerator to the top plate, rises while turning along the inner circumferential wall of the combustion chamber, and is discharged to the outside from the chimney that hangs a suitable length into the combustion chamber from the top plate of the combustion chamber. The combustion air preheats the waste storage cylinder, which is located slightly below the lower end of the chimney and extends in an inclined manner between the inner circumferential walls of the combustion chamber.

Next, when the preheating reaches an appropriate temperature (sufficient temperature suitable for incineration of wastes such as syringe needles), wastes such as syringe needles are placed in the storage cylinder using a temifying agent and a flux. These are then melted and incinerated by the thermite reaction that accompanies heating and combustion.

a. Preheating of the waste storage cylinder When paper, garbage, etc. are burned in the incinerator, the air introduced from the outside to near the lower bottom plate of the incinerator is sequentially blown out along the inner peripheral wall inside the incinerator and heated. As it moves, it ascends from the bottom of the incinerator to the top while turning.

The waste container such as syringe needles is suspended between the inner peripheral walls of the incinerator at a position slightly below the lower end of the chimney that hangs down an appropriate length into the incinerator. The incinerator is suitable for incinerating syringe needles in a short period of time due to heating and reheating caused by the circulation of combustion air between the swirling flow from the bottom to the top in the incinerator and the swirling flow descending from the top and heading outside from the chimney. It is preheated to a high temperature and maintained at that high temperature.

Inside the combustion chamber 1, thick papers such as used telephone directories, magazines, forms, garbage, garbage such as plants, etc. are incinerated. Since the amount of combustion air taken into the combustion chamber 1 and its swirling circulation within the combustion chamber 1 are good, even if a large amount of paper, garbage, etc. is input,
Sufficient combustion air is supplied to each part of the combustion chamber 1, combustion efficiency is good, and a considerably high temperature is reached in a short time. Since the lower end of the chimney 15 hangs down within the combustion chamber 1 for a suitable length, the combustion air (flame) that has risen due to heating is not immediately exhausted to the outside from the top plate 2, but is exhausted from the chimney to the outside. The waste storage cylinder 6 is reheated when the waste storage cylinder 6 is heated, and the secondary combustion plate 16 that is attached to the waste storage cylinder and preheated is disposed below the lower end of the chimney 15. The incinerated material is completely combusted, and incomplete combustion gas and foul odor are prevented from being discharged to the outside.

[Scope of Claims] 1. From near the lower bottom plate of the combustion chamber of the incinerator toward the upper upper plate, it ascends while turning along the inner circumferential wall of the combustion chamber, and hangs down an appropriate length into the combustion chamber from the upper plate of the combustion chamber. Combustion air discharged from the chimney to the outside preheats the waste storage cylinder, which is located slightly below the lower end of the chimney and extends in an inclined manner between the inner peripheral walls of the combustion chamber. When the temperature reaches an appropriate temperature, waste materials such as syringe needles are put into the storage cylinder along with the addition of a thermite agent and flux, and are melted and incinerated by a thermite reaction accompanying heating and combustion. After the melting and incineration, the heating and combustion is stopped. A method for incinerating waste such as syringe needles, which comprises discharging and discharging molten metal lumps of waste such as syringe needles that are cooled, solidified, and collected at the lower side of the storage cylinder in an inclined direction. 2. At least one pair of air intake pipes are disposed in the combustion chamber facing each other from the top plate to the bottom plate of the combustion chamber, with an appropriate distance between the lower tip and the bottom plate, and the at least one pair An opening is cut obliquely at the lower tip of each air intake pipe, and the opening surface is designed to allow the air introduced into each intake pipe to swirl in a predetermined direction along the inner circumferential wall surface of the combustion chamber. The chimney is formed to open along the inner peripheral wall surface of the combustion chamber, and the lower end of the chimney protruding outward from the upper surface plate of the combustion chamber is allowed to hang down an appropriate length into the combustion chamber, and the lower end of the chimney is slightly An incinerator characterized in that a waste container such as a syringe needle is disposed in an inclined manner between inner peripheral walls of a combustion chamber at a lower position.
