１５……渦電流発生体。

Claims (1)
- 導電体パターン層と磁性体層とを交互に積層し
て前記導電体パターン層の端部を電気的に接続し
てコイル状の導電路を形成し、前記導電路の近傍
に渦電流発生体を配設したことを特徴とするイン
ダクタ。
