ンフアと面頂角および稜線角が異なるチヤンフア
を設けた変速機の同期装置において、 上記面頂角が小さい方のチヤンフアに面頂角方
向にR面を設けたことを特徴とする同期装置。 (2) シフトスリーブの内面に形成したスプライ
ンをシンクロナイザリングを介してクラツチギヤ
と噛み合い可能とし、クラツチギヤのシフトスリ
ーブ側端部にシフトスリーブのスプラインのチヤ
ンフアと面頂角および稜線角が異なるチヤンフア
を設けた変速機の同期装置において、 上記稜線角が大きい方のチヤンフアの頂部に稜
線角方向にR面を設けたことを特徴とする同期装
置。 (3) シフトスリーブの内面に形成したスプライ
ンをシンクロナイザリングを介してクラツチギヤ
と噛み合い可能とし、クラツチギヤのシフトスリ
ーブ側端部にシフトスリーブのスプラインのチヤ
ンフアと面頂角が異なるチヤンフアを設けた変速
機の同期装置において、 上記面頂角が小さい方のチヤンフアの内径部の
稜線角は面頂角が大きい方のチヤンフアの稜線角
より大きく、かつ面頂角が小さい方のチヤンフア
の外径部の稜線角は面頂角が大きい方のチヤンフ
アの稜線角とほぼ一致するように形成されている
