鋼板等の耐食性金属板上に溶射皮膜で肖像や複雑な模様
などの図、絵柄を再現するようにした装飾板の製造方法

プを用い、これを金属板に当てがい、溶射皮膜を形成し
たくない部分をマスクし、金属板の露出している面に模

の方法により製作されるマスク材は、写真のように濃淡
のあるものや、複雑な絵柄を再現することは難しいとい

前記の目的を達成するため、本発明に係る装飾板の製造
方法は次のように実施する。まず、再現しようとする絵
柄または写真を感熱製版用のスクリーンに転写して原図
を作る。この感熱製版用のスクリーンとしては、スクリ
ーンマスター135P−30(理想科学工業−の商品名
)を用いるとよい。この絵柄または写真が転写された感
熱製版用スクリーンを母材であるステンレス鋼板などの
耐食性金属板の上に当てがい、その上から粘性の高い耐
熱性のあるシリコーン樹脂をインク(マスキング材)と
して用い、このインクにより耐食性金属板上に印刷を行
う。前記粘性の高い耐熱性のあるシリコーン樹脂として
は、例えば、シリコーンRTVゴムKE45(信越化学

る部分は、当該シリコーン樹脂のもつ弾力性のため、シ
ョツトブラスト加工の際、ショットがかかりにくく、溶
射粒子が付着しない。しかも、このシリコーン樹脂は耐
