Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily produce the ornamental plate expressing intricate patterns by printing a heat resistant silicone resin on a corrosion resistant metallic plate by using a screen for thermosensitive plate making transferred with an original and forming a thermally sprayed film by shot blasting, then removing the silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:The original is formed by transferring designs, etc., to be transferred to the screen for thermosensitive plate making. This screen is placed onto a stainless steel plate 1 and the high-viscosity silicone resin 2 is printed and applied on the stainless steel plate 1 by using the high viscosity silicone resin 2 as ink. After the silicone resin 2 is dried, the part where the silicone resin 2 is not stuck is shot blasted to form a lacquer surface. The thermally sprayed film 3 is formed only on the satin surface by thermally spraying the thermal spraying particles; thereafter, the silicone resin 2 is removed by nitric acid. The ornamental plate expressing the designs having the intricate patterns and various densities is easily produced in this way.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing decorative boards that can be used for decorative boards, signboards, etc., and in particular, to manufacture corrosion-resistant metal plates such as stainless steel plates based on designs and photographs. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a decorative board on which a thermal sprayed coating is applied to reproduce a portrait, a complicated pattern, or a picture.

Decorative boards, such as decorative boards with portraits or intricate patterns on metal boards, and signboards, are used in a variety of places. As a method for manufacturing these decorative plates, a thermal spraying method is known in which ceramics, metal particles, etc. are thermally sprayed onto a metal plate. With this thermal spraying method,
To create a pattern such as a picture, diagram, or letter on the surface of a metal plate, use a thin metal plate, rubber, or heat-resistant tape with the pattern cut out, and apply it to the metal plate to remove the areas where you do not want a thermal spray coating to form. A method is used in which pattern-forming particles are sprayed onto the exposed surface of the metal plate using a mask.

In the above-mentioned thermal spraying method, in order to produce a mask material with a complicated drawing or pattern, the mask material is cut out along the pattern part by laser cutting, etching, etc., but it is easy to produce such a mask material. isn't it. In particular, mask materials produced by these methods have a problem in that it is difficult to reproduce shading or complex patterns like photographs.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a decorative board according to the present invention is carried out as follows. First, an original drawing is created by transferring the pattern or photograph to be reproduced onto a thermal plate-making screen. As a screen for this thermal plate making, Screen Master 135P-30 (trade name of Riso Kagaku Kogyo) may be used. The heat-sensitive plate-making screen on which this pattern or photograph has been transferred is placed on a base material of a corrosion-resistant metal plate such as a stainless steel plate, and then a highly viscous and heat-resistant silicone resin is applied as an ink (masking material) over the screen. This ink is used to print on a corrosion-resistant metal plate. As the silicone resin having high viscosity and heat resistance, for example, silicone RTV rubber KE45 (trade name of Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) may be used.

As described above, a silicone resin is printed and coated on a corrosion-resistant metal plate, and after this silicone resin is dried, shot blasting is performed. As a result, the areas to which the silicone resin is not attached become matte surfaces so that the thermal spray coating can easily adhere to them. On the other hand, due to the elasticity of the silicone resin, the areas to which the silicone resin is attached are difficult to be shot during shot blasting, and thermal spray particles do not adhere to the areas. Furthermore, since this silicone resin is heat resistant, it has the advantage of being able to withstand heat during thermal spraying.

If thermal spray particles are sprayed onto a corrosion-resistant metal plate after shot blasting, a thermal spray coating can be formed only on the areas to which silicone resin is not attached.

The silicone resin adhered to the corrosion-resistant metal plate in this way can be easily removed by immersing it in nitric acid, and after removal, the base of the corrosion-resistant metal plate is exposed. Corrosion-resistant metal plates, especially stainless steel plates, have good corrosion resistance against nitric acid and are convenient because they do not dissolve like iron. As the material to be thermally sprayed, it is sufficient to use ceramics or metal materials that are resistant to nitric acid.

The original drawing was copied using a black-and-white photograph and printed on a screen for thermal plate making. A thermal platemaking screen was placed on a 5US304 stainless steel plate whose surface had been cleaned with acetone.
Using heat-resistant silicone resin as the ink material, the screen design was transferred onto a stainless steel plate. After the silicone resin dries, use a suction blasting device to produce 2 kg/c
Blasting with alumina particles was performed at an air pressure of 4. Alumina was plasma sprayed onto the stainless steel plate thus treated. The thermal spraying conditions are normal thermal spraying conditions,
The current was 500A, the voltage was 56V, and the spraying distance was 100km. This stainless steel plate was immersed in a nitric acid solution for 15 minutes, washed with water, and rubbed with a brush to remove the heat-resistant silicone resin.
