用低抗体を液面感知要素として備えた液面レベル
センサにおいて、前記ヒータ用抵抗体に分岐点を
設け、この分岐点に前記サーミスタ素子と固定抵
抗を直列に接続することにより前記ヒータ用抵抗
体に印加される電源電圧の分岐電圧がサーミスタ
素子と固定抵抗に加わるようにし、かつ液中と空
気中における熱放散の差に基づくサーミスタ素子
の抵抗値急変を前記固定抵抗の両端電圧として検
出するようにしたことを特徴とする液面レベルセ
