Claims (1)
- ねじを多数個バラ状態で投入し、貯えるホツパ
と、該ホツパ内を上下揺動して、ねじをすくい上
げるスクイイタ、およびスクイイタからのねじの
頭部を受けて首 り状態でねじを整列移送させる
シユートと、該シユートにねじ移送のための振動
を与えるバイブレータを有し、上記シユートのホ
ツパと反対側の端部にねじを分離し、空気圧によ
つて送り出す分離器から構成される頭付き棒状部
品供給装置において、上記シユートはバイブレー
タ上に係止固定されて、主に水平方向に振動し、
ねじを移送する本構成による水平振動方式の頭付
き棒状部品供給装置において、ホツパ内を上下す
るスクイイタを揺動可能に保持するメインプレー
トの形状を、その上方に位置するシユートのホツ
パ側端面部まで延長し、該延長部の中央に、ねじ
の軸部が通過可能な溝を設け、かつ上記スクイイ
タの揺動をガイドするように前記シユートの上面
高さまで延長した固定部を形成したことを特徴と
する頭付き棒状部品供給装置。
