Claims (1)
- 基台に複数個のバイモルフを介して可動部を支
持し、前記バイモルフに所定の周波数の電圧を印
加することにより可動部を加振して成るパーツフ
イーダにおいて、前記可動部を前記バイモルフの
加振端延長方向に摺動可能に取付けるとともに、
前記可動部と前記基台との間に高さ調整用の弾性
体を介在させたことを特徴とするパーツフイーダ
。
