Claims (1)
- 複数のＩＣ、抵抗、コンデンサなどの電気部品
を実装し他の基板と直接にケーブルで接続できる
ハンダ付け用スルーホールを設けた複数の基板、
ハンダ付け用スルーホールを用いて複数の基板間
を直接に接続する複数のケーブル、上記基板に設
けられたハンダ付け用スルーホールにハンダ付け
されるケーブルのハンダ付け根部分を覆う厚みと
上記ケーブルを貫通させるケーブル通し穴を設け
た円筒形状のスペーサで構成され、基板と基板の
スルーホールを接続する場合、先に一方の基板の
ハンダ付け用スルーホールにケーブルの一端をハ
ンダ付けし、次に各ケーブルを各々２つのスペー
サのケーブル通し穴に貫通させ、他方の基板の対
応するハンダ付け用スルーホールに各ケーブルの
他端をハンダ付けした後に基板間の各ケーブルに
貫通されている２つのスペーサを各々相対する基
板側にケーブル上をすべらせながら移動し、基板
のハンダ付け用スルーホールにハンダ付けされた
ケーブルのハンダ付け根部分を覆いながら固定す
ることによつて、ケーブルの曲げ時においてもハ
ンダ付け根部分に曲げ応力がかからないようにし
たことを特徴とする基板。
