第１図は本考案に係る圧電振動子収納用容器の
一実施例を示す横断面図、第２図は第１図に示す
圧電振動子収納用容器の縦断面図、第３図ａは第
１図及び第２図に示す圧電振動子収納用容器に使
用される絶縁基体の斜視図、第３図ｂは同じく第
１図及び第２図に示す圧電振動子収納用容器に使
用される蓋体の下面側から見た斜視図、第４図は
従来の圧電振動子収納用容器の横断面図、第５図
は第４図に示す圧電振動子収納用容器の縦断面図
である。 １……絶縁基体、２……蓋体、４……圧電振動
子、５……メタライズ配線層、７……封止部材。

Claims (1)
- 上面から側面を介し底面にかけて導出されたメ
タライズ配線層を有する絶縁基体と、下面に封止
部材を被着させた蓋体とから成り、絶縁基体上面
に蓋体を封止部材を介し接合させることによつて
内部に圧電振動子を封入するようになした圧電振
動子収納用容器において、前記蓋体下面に被着さ
せた封止部材のうち絶縁基体上面のメタライズ配
線層と対接する部位の厚みが他の部位の厚みより
薄くなつていることを特徴とする圧電振動子収納
用容器。
