場での見込生産ができず、かつ養生期間は工場に
おいても必要であつて、納期上の問題があり、後
者は、開通させた予備穴に管を挿入した後、その
隙間にコンクリートや接着剤を充填する作業が非
常に困難で、漏水を起こしやすく、また強度上の
不安がある等、施工上の信頼性が十分でなかつ

本発明では、マンホールを工場で生産する段階
で、マンホールの側壁部にその外面側に薄肉部を
残して内面側に向つて拡開するよう内周面にテー
パを付けた盲穴状の管路接続用予備穴を設けてお
き、一方、地中管路をマンホールに接続するため
の継手として短管を用い、この短管のまわりに前
記予備穴を内接するよう外周面にテーパを付けた
成形加工部をあらかじめ設けておく。そして、管
路接続の工事現場で、マンホールの前記薄肉部を
適宜の方法により取り除き、開通させた前記予備
穴のテーパ付内周面に前記短管の成形加工部のテ
ーパ付外周面をその間に接着剤を介挿した状態で
嵌合させ、前記短管をマンホールの内側から外方
に押圧することによつてマンホール側壁部に固着
する。つまり、従来はマンホールの管路接続部ま
たは予備穴に管路のみを挿通し、その隙間に後か
らコンクリートや接着剤を充填していたのを、本
発明では、短管のまわりにあらかじめ形成したテ
ーパ付外周面を持つ断面くさび状の成形加工部を
短管とともに予備穴に挿入し、予備穴と成形加工
部のテーパ面同士をこれらテーパ面に塗布した接
着剤により接着固定することによつて、マンホー
ルへの管路接続作業を短時間に完了させ、かつ十
分な接続強度と接続部の水密性を確保できるよう
にしたものである。

旧が可能となり、さらに将来、増管の必要が生じ
たときも未使用の予備穴を開通通させて用いるこ
とにより、従来行なわれてきたマンホール増管部
の破砕穴明け、コンクリート打設等の作業は不要
となり、大幅な工期短縮と工費低減が図れる。

の間に接着剤を介挿した状態で嵌合させ、前記短
管をマンホールの内側から外方に押圧することに
よつてマンホール側壁部に固着するマンホールと
地中管路の接続方法。
