レーキアクチユエータを作動させる緊急ブレーキ
装置とを備えてなる自動車のオートブレーキ装置
において、前記緊急ブレーキ装置を、アクセルの
踏込量を検出するアクセルセンサとハンドル操作
状況を検出するハンドルセンサとを備えて構成す
るとともに、前記アクセルセンサから前記アクセ
ルを踏み込んだ状態が検出されており、かつ、前
記ハンドルセンサから前記ハンドルを一定回転以
上操作している状態が検出された場合に、前記緊
急ブレーキ装置による前記ブレーキアクチユエー
タの作動をＯＦＦ状態としてなることを特徴とす
