共振素子は対向する二枚の第一の導体パターンと

枚の第一の導体パターンのそれぞれと第二の導体
パターンが絶縁性セラミツクシートに形成された
スルーホールに充填された導体によつて接続され
、共振素子間に、共振素子の導体パターンと絶縁
された導体が配置されたことを特徴とする積層フ
イルタ。 (2) 共振素子間に配置された導体がアース端子
に接続された請求項第1項記載の積層フイルタ。 (3) 共振素子間に配置された導体が、絶縁性セ
ラミツクシートの層間に形成され、共振素子間を
横切る複数の平行な導体パターンである請求項第
1項記載の積層フイルタ。 (4) 共振素子間に配置された導体が、絶縁性セ
ラミツクシートの層間に形成され、共振素子間を
横切つて伸びる平行な導体パターンと、それに接
