上を摺動可能な一方の締付けくさび12の対向支
持片として役立ち、他方の締付けくさび12が操
作ねじ軸13上に相対回転しないように設けられ
ていることを特徴とする、特許請求の範囲第3項
ないし第5項のうち1つに記載の装置。 8 包囲帯6または包囲帯6の部分が自動的に伸
びるように弾性的に構成されていることを特徴と
