If the predetermined degree of dryness cannot be detected with the electrode within a predetermined time from the start of the drying process, the drying process is stopped at that point and an abnormality notification is issued. The time from the start to the end of the drying process was set to a long time so that the clothes would be completely dry under any conditions, such as the amount of clothes.

The drying process continues for hours, consuming unnecessary energy, and causes wrinkles due to overdrying of the clothes.

The output of the dryness degree determining means and the output of the exhaust temperature determining means are input, and the exhaust temperature determining means determines the exhaust temperature to a predetermined value before the dryness degree determining means outputs an output indicating that the degree of dryness is a predetermined degree. When the dryness degree determining means outputs an output indicating that the degree of dryness has reached a predetermined degree, a first drying process, which is a hot air drying operation that takes a short time, is executed, and when the dryness degree determining means outputs an output indicating that the degree of dryness is a predetermined degree. If the exhaust temperature determining means outputs an output indicating that the exhaust gas temperature has not reached a predetermined value, the apparatus is equipped with a control means for executing a second drying process, which is a hot air drying operation that takes a long time. .

する。 As shown in Figure 4, the exhaust temperature when performing hot air drying operation is as follows:
It has been experimentally shown that it becomes like T 1 , and in extremely small cases it becomes like T 2 . A predetermined value of the exhaust gas temperature is stored based on the output of the thermistor 4a of the exhaust gas temperature detection means 4, and a predetermined degree of dryness is achieved in step 22 according to the output of the electrode 1a of the dryness degree detection means 1 within the predetermined exhaust temperature. When it is determined that the drying process has been completed, the next second drying process is carried out in step 23. On the other hand, if it is determined that the predetermined exhaust temperature has been reached before the predetermined degree of dryness is reached, the process proceeds to the next first drying step in step 24.
Note that the first drying process is performed using the microcomputer 1 so that the time required is shorter than that of the second drying process.
6, and this constant is used to continue hot air drying operation for a certain period of time from when a predetermined exhaust temperature is reached, and after completion of the hot air drying operation, the power supply to the heater and motor is stopped.

ものである。Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, the present invention has a means for detecting and determining a predetermined degree of dryness, a means for detecting and discriminating exhaust temperature, and an output of each of the above-mentioned discriminating means is input, and a predetermined degree of dryness is detected. When the exhaust gas temperature reaches a predetermined temperature before the drying temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, the drying process proceeds to the first drying step and automatically stops energizing the heater and motor after a certain period of time. Even when the degree detection means malfunctions, when the amount of clothes is extremely small, or when the operation is mistakenly carried out without loading clothes, unnecessary energy use and wrinkles on the clothes can be prevented, and the drying effect is always good. It is possible to provide a control device for a clothes dryer that can obtain the following.
