Abstract

본 발명은 빨래 건조기의 포량 감지 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 무부하(빨래가 없는 경우) 상태를 감지할수 있도록 하므로서 무부하로 건조 과정 진행시 장시간 운전되는 것을 방지하고자 하는 것으로서, 종래 빨래건조기를 무부하로 운전을 하거나 수분의 변화가 거의 없을 정도의 극히 적은 양의 빨래를 넣고 건조과정을 진행할 경우, 드럼 내부의 온도는 빠른시간안에 피크치에 도달하여 드럼내의 포량이 소량으로 감지되며, 이때의 제1온도센서에서 감지된 온도(T1)와 제2온도센서에서 감지된 온도(T2)의 차(T)를 기억하면서 제1히터만으로 운전을 하면, 기억된 값 이상으로 차이가 날때까지 운전을 하여 종료를 해야하므로 무부하 또는 극히 적은 양의 빨래를 넣고 운전을 하게 되면 수분이 없는 상태이므로 피크치에 도달했을때의 온도차(T) 이상으로 차이가 나지 않으며, 따라서 빨래 건조기가 장시간 운전된다는 문제점이 있었다.The present invention relates to a method for detecting a quantity of a laundry dryer, and in particular, to detect a no-load (when there is no laundry) and to prevent the long-term operation during the drying process at no load, and to operate the conventional laundry dryer at no load.
