(Prior art and its problems) The above-mentioned trolley-type transport device is used as a means of transporting large and heavy workpieces such as the body of a car, but the transporter is stopped at a fixed position. When automating work such as attaching parts to the workpiece above using an industrial robot installed beside the moving route of the transport vehicle, a high degree of accuracy is required regarding the position and posture of the workpiece when the transport vehicle stops. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the accuracy of the mounting position of the workpiece on the transport vehicle and the stop position of the transport vehicle, but no matter how high these precisions may be, deformation of the transport vehicle itself, wear of the wheels and axle supports, or damage to the guide rails may occur. It is inevitable that the accuracy of the stop position and posture of the workpiece will decrease due to deformation of the workpiece and wear of the wheel rolling surface. Furthermore, if the workpiece is heavy, the strength of the transport vehicle or guide rail must be significantly increased compared to when these are used simply as transport means, to eliminate even the slightest possibility of deformation. This also causes a significant increase in costs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention proposes a trolley-type transport device capable of solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its features include a transport vehicle that runs along guide rails. A load support platform is mounted on the top so that the load support platform can be raised and lowered, and a load support platform lifting rail that lifts the load support platform from the transfer platform is installed at a specific route portion including a stop position of the transfer platform vehicle during the moving route of the transfer platform vehicle. A carriage positioning means for positioning the carriage is provided at the carriage stop position, and at the carriage stop position, the load support platform lifting rail is configured to be movable up and down, and the lifting rail section is configured to be able to move up and down. The present invention is characterized in that a fixed receiving table is provided to receive the load supporting table, which descends along with the load, while floating above the conveying cart.

(Function) According to the above configuration of the present invention, in a simple work transport path, the load support is placed on the transport vehicle, and the weight of the work mounted on the load support is transferred via the load support. It is caught in a trolley. On a specific route including the transport vehicle stop position, the load support platform carrying the workpiece is lifted from the transport vehicle by the load support platform lifting rail, receives only thrust from the transport vehicle, and smoothly moves on the rails. When the carrier vehicle stops at a predetermined position, the carrier vehicle is fixed at the predetermined position by the carrier positioning means. At this time, the load support platform is placed on the lifting rail section of the load support platform lifting rail, so by lowering the lift rail section, the load support platform is fixed while still floating relative to the transport vehicle. It can be placed on a pedestal.

The self-propelled transport vehicle 1 configured as described above carries out a predetermined transport work by placing a workpiece on the load support platform 9 positioned on the loading platform 3 and traveling along the guide rail 2. However, when this carrier 1 enters a specific path portion including the carrier stop position A shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the pair of left and right rails 17 of the load support platform lifting rail 16,
The flat rollers 11 and grooved rollers 12 of the load support platform 9 ride on the load support platform 18, and as shown in FIG. surface. Incidentally, the starting ends of the rails 17 and 18 are inclined at an appropriate slope so that the load support platform 9 can be lifted smoothly, as shown in FIG.

The load support platform 9 lifted from the transport vehicle 1 by the load support platform lifting rail 16 is pushed by the lifting guide pin 14 as the transport vehicle 1 travels, and moves along the rails 17 and 18 in the same manner as the transport vehicle 1. Slide at speed. When the transport vehicle 1 reaches the stop position A and is stopped, the load support platform 9 is moved to the lifting rail portion 17a of the load support platform lifting rail 16,
18a, and is located directly above the fixed pedestal 31. In this state, the cylinder unit 24 of the carriage positioning means 19 is operated, and the pair of clamping pieces 21a and 21b are moved to close, thereby clamping the vertical shaft roller 15 on the side of the carriage 1 from the front and back.
Correct and fix the stop position of the As a result, the position of the load support stand 9 is also corrected in the front-rear direction, and the tip of the pin 32 on the fixed receiving stand 31 side is located directly below the positioning pin hole 13.

Next, the cylinder units 29 of the lifting drive means 20a and 20b are operated to move the front and rear moving table 26 to lower the lifting rod 25 supported by each lifting drive cam 28 via a cam driven roller 27. When the lifting rail portions 17a, 18a of the rails 17, 18 are lowered by a predetermined amount in parallel, the load support platform 9 supported by the lifting rail portions 17a, 18a is lowered, as shown in FIG. The load support stand 9 is transferred onto the fixed receiving stand 31. At this time, the pin 32 of the fixed pedestal 31 fits into the positioning pin hole 13 on the side of the load support 9, thereby correcting the position of the load support 9 with even higher precision. Of course, the load support platform 9 is still in a floating state with respect to the transport vehicle 1.

As a result, the load support platform 9 is fixed to the fixed pedestal 3 regardless of the height or horizontality error of the upper surface of the load platform 3 of the transport vehicle 1.
1 at a predetermined height, and the horizontal stop position shift due to the play between the lifting guide pin 14 on the transport vehicle 1 side and the lifting guide hole 10 on the load support platform 9 side is prevented by the fixed support. Positioning pin 32 on the stand 31 side and positioning pin hole 1 on the load support stand 9 side
It has been corrected by fitting with 3. Therefore, as long as the mounting position of the workpiece on the load support stand 9 is accurate, the workpiece on the load support stand 9 can be accurately matched with respect to, for example, an industrial robot installed beside this transport vehicle stop position A. , the desired work can be carried out safely and accurately.

When starting the transport vehicle 1 again, the front and rear movable platforms 26 of the lifting drive means 20a and 20b are moved in the opposite direction to raise the lifting rail portions 17a and 18a of the load support platform lifting rail 16 to their original heights. The support stand 9 is floated from the fixed cradle 31. Then, after opening the pair of clamping pieces 21a and 21b of the carriage positioning means 19 to release the fixed positioning of the carriage 1, the carriage 1 may be started. As a result, the load support platform 9 is moved again to the transport vehicle 1.
It slides on the load support platform lifting rail 16 while being pushed back by the side elevation guide pin 14. If the load support platform lift rail 16 advances from the specified route section, the load support platform 9
descends and transfers onto the transport vehicle 1.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the trolley-type transport device of the present invention that can be implemented as described above, as long as the fixed cradle is installed accurately, deformation of the transport vehicle itself, wear of wheels and axle supports, or It is possible to stably support the load support on the carrier in a horizontal state at a predetermined height without being affected by deformation of the guide rail or wear of the wheel rolling surface. Therefore, compared to the case where the workpiece is directly mounted on the transport vehicle, the configuration of the transport vehicle and guide rails is easier, and even if the workpiece is heavy, the transport vehicle and guide rails do not have any obstacles on the transport surface. Since it is only necessary to provide the necessary minimum strength, the overall implementation can be carried out at low cost.
