Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in bonding strength when a facing sheet is kept for a long period of time by maintaining separately an adhesive sheet having stripping paper on one side and the surface sheet having a facing layer on a polyvinyl chloride sheet, and combining the adhesive sheet with the surface sheet in the case of execution. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive sheet 1 constituted of a cohesive layer 11 and stripping paper 12 and the surface sheet 2 constituted of a polyvinyl chloride sheet 21 and a facing layer 22 are separately manufactured to keep. After that, the adhesive sheet 1 is firstly stuck on a material to which face is applied and, at the same time, the surface sheet 2 is stuck while stripping the stripping paper 12. According to the constitution, such a facing sheet that resist the preservation for a long period of time can be obtained.

[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a decorative sheet for decoratively finishing building materials and wall surfaces, and also includes a method for applying the decorative sheet. rPrior art: When applying a decorative finish to walls, pillars, or the building materials used for them at the construction site, a decorative layer is provided on the surface of a polyvinyl chloride sheet, an adhesive is applied to the back side, and a release paper is applied. A decorative sheet is often used. This type of decorative sheet needs to be stored and aged for a certain period of time after manufacture, and if this is insufficient, the adhesive strength of the adhesive will be insufficient. Additionally, the polyvinyl chloride sheet may shrink, resulting in gaps at the joints of the decorative sheets after installation. On the other hand, if the storage period before application is too long, the plasticizer in the polyvinyl chloride will migrate to the adhesive layer, and the adhesive strength with the base material will decrease. If the period from manufacturing to installation of the decorative sheet is managed appropriately, the above problem will not occur, but in reality such management is not possible. The delivery time required for this type of decorative sheet is very short, and if the sheet is manufactured and delivered after receiving an order, it may be installed before the adhesive has sufficiently aged. Even if inventories are prepared, it is difficult to predict demand for the wide variety of products demanded by customers.
In the end, it ends up being stored for a long time, which often leads to a decrease in adhesive strength. Even if the adhesive strength is appropriate at the time of shipment, it may not be used immediately, and the adhesive strength may be reduced during construction.

The object of the present invention is to provide a decorative sheet that solves the above problems;
The purpose of this project is to provide a method for its construction. [Means for Solving the Problems] The decorative sheet of the present invention, as shown in FIG.
1) and a polyvinyl chloride sheet (21) as shown in FIG.
) is combined with the top sheet (2). The release paper may be a variety of commonly used plastic films or paper coated with a release agent such as silicone. The adhesive layer can be formed by applying a commonly used adhesive such as a two-part acrylic resin type adhesive using a known coating method such as roll coating. The thickness of the layer is determined by considering adhesive strength and creep resistance, but it is generally 10 to 10.
It is 100 μm, preferably 25 to 60 μm. A single adhesive layer is usually sufficient, but as shown in Figure 1, the first adhesive layer (11△), the adhesive layer (11
1) may be formed by laminating an intermediate layer (11B> and a second adhesive layer (11C) to give thickness to the base layer to which makeup is to be applied). This is advantageous because even if the construction surface of the material has some irregularities, the surface to be adhered to the top sheet can be smoothed, and there is no need for surface preparation of the base material.The first and second adhesives in the above embodiments The layer may be made of the same material as the single layer and provided with an appropriate thickness.For the intermediate layer, for example, a sheet of cloth or foamed resin is used.Used as a base material for the decorative layer in the present invention. The polyvinyl chloride sheet used may be one commonly used for decorative sheets.
The thickness of the sheet varies depending on the use and the type of decorative layer provided on its surface, but generally 50 μm is sufficient. The decorative layer may be formed to have a desired appearance by printing a pattern, depositing metal, embossing, or laminating plastic sheets with these applied. To give an example of the structure of the top sheet, as shown in FIG. 2, a transparent plastic sheet having a pattern printing layer (22A> and an embossment (22'C) on the surface) is formed on a polyvinyl chloride sheet (21). A decorative layer (22) consisting of Protection II (22B) is provided. The total thickness of the surface sheet including the polyvinyl chloride sheet and the decorative layer is set in the range of 50 to 200 μm for ease of handling. It is preferable to store the adhesive sheet and the top sheet separately. For storage, a long sheet may be wound into a roll, or sheets cut to a regular length may be stacked. The above-mentioned makeup The decorative sheet construction method of the present invention, in which decorative sheets are used to decoratively finish building materials and wall surfaces, is as shown in FIG.
First, apply the adhesive sheet (1) to the surface to be applied, and after completely peeling off the release paper, or as shown in Figure 4, remove the exposed adhesive layer (11) while peeling off the release paper ) on which a top sheet (2) is attached.

By storing the adhesive sheet and top sheet separately, the decorative sheet of the present invention eliminates the possibility of the plasticizer migrating from the polyvinyl chloride sheet to the adhesive layer, and can be stored for a long period of time. There is no need to worry about the adhesive strength decreasing. Since one type of adhesive sheet is sufficient for many types of surface sheets, it is possible to manufacture and age only the adhesive sheet first based on the overall demand forecast, and then to meet the needs of the customer. If the top sheet is combined and shipped, poor adhesion due to insufficient aging of the adhesive will not occur. The method of applying the decorative sheet of the present invention is generally easier than applying the opposite conventional product, which is the opposite, as the non-adhesive surface is bonded to the adhesive surface, i.e., the adhesive is applied to the back side. . [Example] An abstract pattern was printed using a gravure printing method on a colored polyvinyl chloride sheet (manufactured by Band Kagaku) with a thickness of 90 μm, and a transparent polyvinyl chloride sheet (same) with a thickness of 60 μm was layered on top of it and heated. A topsheet was produced by pressing and integrating and wound up into a roll. Release paper "Double-sided Separator 640PS (S)J (manufactured by Honshu Paper Industries)" is coated with silicone on both sides of the paper.
Acrylic resin two-component adhesive r1310J (
(manufactured by Soken Kagaku) to a coating thickness of 40 μm to produce a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, which was wound onto a roll and aged for 10 days. The decorative sheet of the present invention, which is a combination of the materials thus obtained, was applied to a decorative base material made of a plywood wall, which was temporarily sealed with putty and a primer was applied thereon, in the following manner. First, unwind the top sheet and adhesive sheet, and
It was cut into pieces. Next, an adhesive sheet was attached onto the base material to which makeup was to be applied, while using a roller to expel air between the sheet and the base material. The release paper was completely peeled off, and a top sheet was attached on top of the adhesive layer in the same manner as the adhesive sheet. [Effect of the invention 1] The decorative sheet of the present invention does not have the problem of poor adhesion due to insufficient aging of the adhesive or migration of plasticizer to the adhesive.
There is also almost no variation in adhesive strength between products. This decorative sheet can firmly adhere to the base material and give the base material a beautiful appearance, regardless of the length of delivery time or even when stored unused for a long period of time after shipping. According to the method of the present invention, the decorative sheet can be easily applied.
