し、上記製紙ロール6のコア5をその両端から支
承するコアスピンドル17と、この製紙ロール6
を上方から押えるライダロール10等とから成つ
ている。上記コアスピンドル17は製紙ロール6
の巻回に伴なうコア5の横ぶれ等を防止するため
にコアを支持するものであり、製紙ロール6が拡
径するに従つてコア5と共に走行レール9に沿つ
て上昇するように成つている。また上記ライダロ
ール10はコア5に巻回される製紙ロール6の巻
硬さのコントロール等をするために上方から紙3
を加圧するものである。巻回開始時、コア5に紙
3が糊付けされた状態の時にはライダロール10
はコア5自体を上方から押えているが支持ドラム
8の回転により紙3が巻回されて製紙ロール6が
拡径するにしたがつて走行レール9に沿つて上昇
しつつ上方から製紙ロール6を押えることにな
る。これらコアスピンドル17とライダロール1
0との昇降はそれぞれを案内して支持するために
走行レール9に設けられた支持部材11によつて
成されている。これら支持部材11にはコロガリ
ローラ12が設けられており、走行レール9を両
側から挟持しながら回転することによつて昇降移

ダロール10は真円度を有しない製紙ロール6の
巻回に対して微振動を起こし易い状態にあつた。
そしてその微振動が紙の品質を劣化させたり、騒
音を発生させたりする原因となつているという問
題があつた。

[考案の概要] 上記目的を達成するため本考案は、製紙ロール

しつつ減衰させるための摩擦部材13が設けられ
ている。この摩擦部材13は第1図に示す如く、
コロガリローラ12の間に位置するように上記支
持部材11に開口された開口部18に挿入されて
設けられ、走行レール9に臨んで支持部材11か
ら出没移動自在に設けられている。すなわち、こ
の摩擦部材13は、上記コロガリローラ12の挟
み方向と直交する方向から上記走行レール9の両
側を挟むように出没して走行レール側面部に摩擦
抵抗を与えることになる。この摩擦部材13は例
えばオイルレスメタルや合成樹脂材等の潤滑性を
有する材料によつて形成されている。また、この
摩擦部材13には支持部材11から走行レール9
