Claims (1)

てきた透明な光学式情報記録円盤を、第１のター
ンテーブルの載置箇所に移載する第１のトランス
フアアームと、前記第１のターンテーブルの所定
の位置の載置箇所において、透明な光学式情報記
円盤の傷等の検査を行う検査手段と、該検査の終
わつた透明な光学式情報記録円盤を、第１のター
ンテーブル載置箇所からスパツタ手段に、および
該スパツタ手段から第２のターンテーブルに移載
する第２のトランスフアアームと、該第２のトラ
ンスフアアームから移載された透明な光学式情報
記録円盤に反射膜を形成するスパツタ手段と、光
学式情報記録円盤の載置箇所を少なくとも５箇所
以上設けられ、その載置箇所に前記第２のトラン
スフアアームから移載される第２のターンテーブ
ルと、該第２のターンテーブルの所定の載置箇所
において、回転盤に吸着されて回転する光学式情
報記録円盤の反射膜上に保護膜を塗布する塗布手
段と、前記第２のターンテーブルの前記以外の場
所の載置箇所において、回転盤に吸着されて高速
回転し、光学式情報記録円盤上に塗布された保護
膜を、均一に分散させる振り切り手段と、前記第
２のターンテーブルの前記以外の載置箇所におい
て、回転盤に吸着されて回転しながら紫外線を照
射される保護膜硬化手段と、前記第２のターンテ
ーブルの前記以外の載置箇所から光学式情報記録
円盤を搬出箇所に移載する第３のトランスフアア
ームと、前記第２のトランスフアアームによつて
第３のターンテーブルにスパツタ手段に補給する
