【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 洗浄水が洗浄槽1、籠型回転ドラム2、溢水槽
15および導水管18を順次流れて循環する洗浄
装置において、 洗浄槽1内に、籠型回転ドラム2をその下半部
が沈むように横向きにしたうえ、駆動装置によつ
て回動されるように支承し、該籠型回転ドラム2
の内周壁にはドラム中央部が空洞になるような羽
根4を螺旋状に固定しておき、 洗浄槽1の後端部近傍にオーバーフロー開口部
11および下底開口部12を有する排水管13を
設けるとともに、 被洗浄物送出側となる洗浄槽1後部側方には該
洗浄槽1と連通するよう溢水槽15を添設せし
め、 該溢水槽15の下底には導水管18を連接して
その先端部を被洗浄物の投入側となる洗浄槽1前
部に連通せしめ、その導水管18と洗浄槽1前部
との連通部には水を洗浄槽1の投入側から送出側
に流れるようにした整流部19を設けると共に、
前記溢水槽15下底の導水管18への流入部には
モーター5の駆動により水を導水管18に送水し
得るスクリユー25を設けた ことを特徴とした洗浄装置。
