"Means for Solving the Problems" The present invention aims to provide a building structure that can effectively solve the conventional problems mentioned above.
In particular, the structure includes a plurality of columns, a plurality of girders that are arranged in a rectangular shape when viewed from above and interconnect each column, and interconnecting adjacent girders between these girders. A cross beam-shaped small beam is provided, and a recessed portion opening downwardly is formed near the connecting portion of each of the large beams with the small beam, and the recessed portion is formed at a central portion in the length direction of the large beam. The recess has a shape in which the lower edge of the main beam is cut out, and the parallel cross-shaped small beams are connected to the upper portions of both sides of the recess.

``Function'' The building structure according to the present invention is constructed by arranging equipment such as air conditioning ducts and electrical piping installed in the building in the recess formed in the girder. The installation level of the equipment such as piping and the beam is brought as close as possible, and the protrusion below the beam is reduced, thereby lowering the floor height of the building accordingly.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 4 indicates the structure of the building according to this embodiment, which is arranged in a rectangular shape when viewed from above with a plurality of columns 5, and each column 5 is interconnected. A plurality of large beams 6 are provided between the large beams 6, and cross beam-shaped small beams 7 are provided between these large beams 6 to connect adjacent large beams 6 to each other. It has a general configuration in which a concave portion 6a that is once opened is formed, and a duct 8 is disposed at the lower part of the girder 6 so as to connect the concave portions 6a formed in each of the girders 6.

Further, in this embodiment, the small beams 7 are configured in units of four, and each small beam 7 is connected to a pair of opposing large beams 6.
In addition, by forming a set of two parallel beams 7 and connecting the two sets of small beams 7 orthogonally, as shown in FIG. It is set up in a grid pattern. Furthermore, the interval between the small beams 7 of each set is set equal to the distance obtained by dividing the distance between the large beams 6 mentioned above into thirds, and the upper surface thereof is set equal to the distance between the large beams 6.
It is attached between the girders 6 so as to be aligned with the upper surface of the girders 6.

On the other hand, as mentioned above, since the small beams 7 assembled in a cross-shaped structure are provided between each of the large beams 6, the shearing force and bending that act on the large beams 6 are small.
This prevents a decrease in strength due to the formation of the recess 6a. Therefore, the effect of reducing the floor height described above is effectively implemented.

"Effects of the Idea" As explained above, the building structure according to the invention consists of a plurality of columns and a plurality of girders arranged in a rectangular shape when viewed from above and interconnecting each column. , between these large beams, a cross-shaped small beam is provided to interconnect adjacent large beams, and a recessed portion opening downward is formed near the connection portion of each of the large beams with the small beam, The recess is formed in the center in the longitudinal direction of the girder, and is in the form of a cutout of the lower edge of the girder, and is further connected with the cross-shaped small beams located at the upper portions of both sides of the recess. By installing equipment such as air conditioning ducts and electrical piping into the recess formed in the beam, the lower surface of the equipment protrudes from the lower surface of the beam into the indoor space. It is possible to reduce the floor height of the building by suppressing the
By using the small beams, the support interval of the slabs provided on the top of the large beams and small beams can be reduced, increasing their strength or making it possible to reduce the thickness of the slabs, and from this point of view as well, the cost of building the frame and finishing costs can be reduced. It has excellent effects such as: In addition, since there are small beams assembled in a cross-shaped structure between each girder, the shearing force and bending that act on the girders are small, which prevents the strength from decreasing due to the formation of recesses. It can be prevented.
