(Prior art) Conventionally, elevators installed in locations that require air cleanliness have required differential pressure control of the air pressure at each location in the landing, car room, and hoistway, and purification of the air in the car room. Countermeasures such as installing equipment were being considered. Differential pressure control increases the air pressure in areas with higher cleanliness and regulates the direction of air flow. In other words, the air pressure is lowered in the order of the landing, the car, and the hoistway, so that the landing with the highest degree of cleanliness is not contaminated by the operation of the elevator. FIG. 2 shows a sectional view of an elevator equipped with an air cleaning device. A fan 10 driven and rotated by a motor 9 transfers outside air via a pre-filter 11A and return air from the car interior via a pre-filter 11B to a high-performance main filter 1.
2 removes dust and sends it to the car compartment. At the same time, we created a hermetically sealed structure for the car, and while maintaining a balance between the amount of outside air taken in and the air lost through the gaps in the car door, we also pressurized the air used to guide the car, and controlled the differential pressure in conjunction with the air pressure at the landing on the building side. Let's do it. Third
The figure shows a flowchart of the air flow inside the car.
When the pressures of the air in the landing 14, the landing 15, the car interior, and the hoistway are respectively A, B, C, and D, the pressures are A=B>C>D. In conventional elevators, (a) If the cleanliness of each service floor is not consistent, when passing through a floor with a low cleanliness level, the door will not open for a certain period of time even if the elevator reaches a floor with a high cleanliness level. ) When the clean unit motor stopped, the elevator service was stopped, etc.

(Problems that the invention aims to solve) However, (a), the ability to ventilate in a certain period of time is fixed, and depending on the degree of contamination, the target cleanliness cannot be achieved, and (b), the motor is Even if it is normal,
A drawback was that it was difficult to detect that the clean unit was not operating normally due to damage to the main filter. For this reason, the cleanliness level of the landing area was sometimes lowered.

(Means and effects for solving the problems) In the elevator control device of the present invention, an air purifying device is installed outside the elevator car, and a cleanliness detection device is installed in the car and at the landing of each floor. The cleanliness detection device outputs a contact signal that turns on when the cleanliness level of the installed location is higher than a set value (cleaner than the set value) and turns off when it is lower than the set value (not clean). There are combinations of clean and non-clean states of the landing and the car as shown in FIG. 4, and the problem arises in state 2, where the landing is clean and the car is non-clean. In this case, there is a possibility that the landing area will be contaminated by people and objects coming in and out. When a cleanliness detection device installed in the car interior and the landing detects that the landing is clean but the inside of the car is not clean, opening of the elevator door is prohibited and the inside of the car is cleaned by an air purifying device. As a result, when the inside of the car becomes clean, the output of the cleanliness detection device changes from on to off, making it possible to open the door. If the above condition is detected while the elevator door is open, an alarm will be issued and passengers will be advised to close the door as soon as possible and ventilate the elevator.

(Embodiment of the invention) FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the invention. For simplicity, there are two stopping floors and the usual elevator control device is omitted. 1b 1 and 1b 2 are contact outputs of the car cleanliness detection device 1, which are turned off when the inside of the car is higher than the set cleanliness level (clean) and turned on when the car is not clean. 2 is a contact output of the first floor hall cleanliness detection device 2, and 3 is a contact output of the second floor hall cleanliness detection device 3, each of which is turned on when the hall is cleaner than the set cleanliness level and turned off when it is not clean. 4 is a contact point of a car position detector corresponding to the first floor, and 5 is a contact point of a car position detector corresponding to the second floor. If the elevator is located on the first floor, 4 is turned on and 5 is turned off. If it is on the second floor, 5 is on and 4 is off. 6
The contact point of the car door fully closed detector is 6a, which turns on when the car door is fully closed and turns off when it opens (6b is the opposite), 7 is the door-opening prohibition relay, and 8 is the alarm bell attached to the car. be.

The operation is shown below. When the car is on the first floor, contact 4 is on, if the inside of the car is not clean, contact 1b1 is on, and if the first floor landing is clean,
2 turns on. At this time, if the elevator door is closed, 6a is turned on, so door opening prohibition relay 7
is turned on and the elevator door is prohibited from opening. Further, if the elevator door is open, signal 6b is turned on, and an alarm bell attached to the car sounds to prompt passengers to close the door. When the car is on the second floor, if the inside of the car is not clean and the second floor landing is clean, contacts 5, 1b 2 and 3 are turned on, respectively. At this time, if the elevator door is closed, signal 6a is turned on, door opening prohibition relay 7 is turned on, and opening of the door is prohibited. If the door is open, 6a is turned on and an alarm bell sounds to prompt the passenger to close the door.

As explained above, according to the elevator control device of the present invention, since the cleanliness of the car and landing was not directly measured in the past, the door can be opened even when the car is not clean, which deteriorates the cleanliness of the landing. Although there were drawbacks, the present invention can prevent deterioration in the cleanliness of the hall.
