又は大気に連通される。なお開閉弁8は、後記す
る制御装置によりクリーン室の入口ドアの開放時
に開放操作されて、フイルタ5に送る空気はエア
シヤワー室がクリーン室に比較して負圧となるよ
うに制御される。
