し、中間のユニツトが隣接する一方のユニツトに
送出するデータを電気−光変換し、該一方のユニ
ツトから送出されてきたデータを光−電気変換す
る第1の光モジユールと、隣接する他方のユニツ
トに送出するデータを電気−光変換し、該他方の
ユニツトから送出されてきたデータを光−電気変
換する第2の光モジユールとを有し、前記光フア
イバケーブルを介してユニツト相互間で通信を行
うようにした光多重通信装置において、 前記中間のユニツトが、該ユニツト自身が送出
するデータと、前記第1及び第2の光モジユール
によつて光−電気変換したデータとを前記第2及
び第1の光モジユールにそれぞれ入力し、かつ前
記第1及び第2の光モジユールによつて光−電気
変換したデータを取り出す論理回路を有する、 ことを特徴とする光多重通信装置。
