ら入力されるデータを電気信号に変換する光−電
気変換器、光伝送路へ出力するデータを光信号に
変換する電気−光変換器、とを備え、 該光−電気変換器の出力を受けて増幅、整形お
よびクロツク抽出を行なつて該子局に送出する回
路と、子局からの送信データが有る時には子局の
出力を、また子局からの送信データが無い時には
前記回路の増幅、整形出力を該電気−光変換器の
入力として切替えるゲート回路を設けたことを特
